Chimped io is a multiplayer browser arena game where escaped zoo chimps run around, eat food and compete for points in short three-minute matches.

How to play

Food comes from stands, carts and vending machines around the zoo. Walk close and press E to eat. Each meal fills one fifth of your stomach, and your chimp slows down for a moment while eating. Once the stomach is full, press R and one meal becomes poop ready to throw. In Chimped io you aim by holding the right mouse button, then use the left mouse button to throw. A hit on another chimp gives you points, and the player with the highest score after three minutes wins. Simple rules, pretty wild rounds.

Tips

• Keep moving while searching for food
• Eating slows you down briefly, so watch nearby players
• Fill the whole stomach before pressing R
• Hold right mouse button before throwing to aim
