Grabbits io is a multiplayer territory capture game with rabbits, colored trails and a surprisingly tricky map. You grab land by drawing loops, while other players try to steal your space.

How to play

Your rabbit leaves a trail whenever it moves outside its territory. Return to your land to close the loop, and everything inside becomes yours. Sounds familiar if you've played Paper io, except Grabbits io has a few extra problems waiting for you. Other players can touch your unfinished trail and take you out, so drawing huge circles isn't always smart.

You'll start with three bouncers. These protect your territory and can catch opponents that wander into it. About every 45 seconds, you receive another bouncer or some bombs at the nearest player. Carrots and cabbages appear on neutral ground and give you a temporary speed boost. There's also a lucky clover that expands your territory by three cells on each side. Pretty useful when the map gets crowded.

Tips

• Owning at least 10% of the map protects you from losing everything in one hit
• Close your loops quickly when other players are nearby
• Capture enemy bouncers inside your territory to collect extra defenders
