SnowFury is a fast 3D downhill arcade game where you roll a snowball through checkpoints, build up snow and try to keep the run going as the slope gets faster.

How to play

Every checkpoint has a timer. Get through the arch before it runs out and any spare seconds turn into points. The runs get longer and quicker, so steering cleanly matters more after the easy first section. SnowFury also has a slightly mean trick: during the final seconds your ball starts melting. Rolling fast packs snow back on, while missing a checkpoint ends the run.

Boost works like a tank. Hold it to burn fuel and release to stop. You need at least 25% before it lights, and boosting also sheds some snow, so keeping it on all the time is a pretty bad plan.

• Reach checkpoint arches early to bank extra points
• Keep your speed up when the snowball starts melting
• Save some boost for sections where you actually need it
