SuperSortie io is an online multiplayer aerial arcade io game with quick dogfights, daily score runs, co-op missions and a 12-player arena. It feels a bit like Wings io, but has more ways to play.

How to play

The Daily gives everyone the same five-wave sortie and only one scored attempt for the leaderboard, so wasting the run while still learning the plane is not a great plan. SuperSortie io also has an Arena where up to 12 players compete with power-ups and bosses, plus co-op for you and up to three friends. Zen and Practice are there when you just want to learn the movement without caring about a score. All 45 planes across five eras are available from the start. XP unlocks cosmetics instead of stronger aircraft, which keeps the actual fight pretty fair.

Tips

• Use Practice or Zen to get comfortable before the Daily attempt
• Save the barrel roll for bullets or missiles you actually need to dodge
• In Arena, watch for power-ups as well as other players
