Asciilands io is a multiplayer survival sandbox in the browser, with a 3D world rendered almost entirely through ASCII characters. You explore, gather resources, craft and build in one shared world.

How to play

There is no tiny arena pushing everyone into the same loop. Pick a direction, cross into new zones and look for wood, stone, fiber, ore and rarer stuff. Resources go into tools, crafting stations and buildings, while ores can be smelted and shaped into custom gear at the anvil. Asciilands io also has fishing, unusual plants and an inscription system for learning magic. The fun is mostly in slowly turning empty land into something useful, then finding what other players left behind. Lowkey more sandbox than grind.
