Brainrots io is a 3D multiplayer quiz about Italian Brainrot characters. A sound plays, three possible answers appear, and everyone starts running to vote. Pretty simple, until the voices all begin to sound equally wild.

How to Play

Listen to the audio clue and find the right character before the 30-second timer ends. To answer, move into the Vote area under one of the three images. A correct guess gives you Aura and pizza. Aura affects your place on the leaderboard, while pizza can be spent on skins, hats and back items. Brainrots io is more about knowing the sounds than having crazy gaming skill, though moving fast helps when you change your mind.

• Use the red Play Sound area if you need to hear the clue again
• If you have no clue, check where most players are voting
